I want to cease my service/contract

If you are leaving the island please email talk@sure.com with your dates and forwarding address.

If you are moving your mobile to another provider go and sign up with them and they will do the rest.

 

PLEASE NOTE: if you are still in a minimum term contract with Sure you will be liable for early termination fees.
