Receiving your bill

Here at Sure, we have various ways in which you can receive your bill, 

My Sure 

Via Post (Please note there is a £2.50 charge for this)

When receiving your bill on MySure you will receive a bill notification email to say the bill is ready to view and the amount due. The email will also have a link to the MySure platform. 

The best way however, is to access your bills is through your online account MySure as there is no charge for this. 

 

How Many bills are available on My Sure? 

Your current bill and the previous 11 months of bills are viewable online at no charge. They can be downloaded and saved to your own system. If you need more than 11 months please call 01481 700700 or raise a ticket on help.sure.com where we can help you on your request. Please note: 

We can also provide paper copies of historic bills and itemisation, however, please note that these facilities are chargeable.

 

*In exceptional circumstances where you cannot access online billing, we may waive the paper bill charge.
