Fixing Suremail and Email problems

What does Sure provide?

You may already have an email address that ends in, we no longer supply the addresses, however, we do still supply support.

This allows you to access your email via webmail in a browser or via an email client such as Outlook, Mac Mail, Gmail, etc. The Sure email address is free of charge if you have other services with Sure.

What support does Sure provide?

We will support faults with email using accounts through the website.

What won’t Sure do?

Sure cannot supply any new addresses.

Sure will not be able to help with email client issues (Outlook, Mac Mail, Gmail etc.) or mobiles or tablets.

Sure won’t send you emails about your account that include links to click and won’t ask for passwords via email, except when accessing your online bills.

From time to time you may receive a service message but this will be verified on our website and will also be posted on social media at the same time to show that it’s genuinely from Sure.

What can I do to solve any problems I have myself?

Email not working?

  • Check you’re able to browse the internet and you have a working internet connection.
  • Check by logging into your email account via the website to establish if it’s a problem with the account or set up with your third party software/device.
