✓ Direct Debit - the best way to pay your bill with Sure.
We will automatically collect the amount due shown on your bill from your bank account on the last working day of each month.
Paying by Direct Debit means you are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

If you pay by any other method we must receive payment by the due date shown on the bill. This date is normally the last working day of the month in which the bill was issued and late payment charges will be applied if full payment has not been received.
Please note that should any Direct Debit claim be unsuccessful, payment will be required by another method.
Paying by Direct Debit is a condition of sale but, if there is a genuine reason for not using this method, you can select one of our payment options;
✓ MySure app - Registration is easy and you can manage your Sure account and pay bills online.
If you don’t yet have our MySure app, it can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play.
✓ Call us – To pay your bill by debit or credit card please call our Contact Centre on (07624) 247247.
Please make sure you have your account number and bill reference number to hand, both of which are printed towards the top of your bill.
We can only accept the full amount of the bill by card and we accept payments by MasterCard or Visa.
✓ Post your payment – Enclose your bill with a cheque made payable to Sure (Isle of Man) Limited
Post to: Sure, P.O. Box 3, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3AB.
If you require a receipt, then please enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope. Please note that when paying by cheque, payment will be deemed to be received when the cheque arrives at our offices.
If you wish to query any item on your bill, then please contact us as soon as possible by calling (07624) 247247 to let us know so that we can sort this out for you. We would ask that you pay the undisputed amount whilst we investigate the query for you.
