Pay As You Go topping up (adding credit)

If you are a Pay As You Go customer, you will need to top up your phone with credit before you use it.

If you need to check your balance first dial *#100# and click the call button. The balance will be displayed in a message on the screen.

Top up using My Sure app

Simply register with your mobile number and then download the app to top up anywhere, anytime.  You can save your card details and get access to all these great features;

  • Changing your pre-paid plan
  • Upgrading to Pay Monthly
  • Changing to SIM only
  • Viewing your data usage
  • Voicemail settings
  • Managing add-ons



To top up online 

(minimum top up is £10) 

Simply visit the top up page to do an instant top up using a debit or credit card.

To top up by phone

(minimum top up is £10)

Dial 177 from any Sure Phone

or 07624 247 247 from any Channel Islands, Isle of Man, UK and French landline or mobile.

Then simply follow the instructions.

Please remember to have your credit or debit card details handy in order to complete your purchase. If you are dialling from a withheld number, you will need to dial 1470 07624 247 247.

 To top up in stores across the island

(minimum top up is £5).

You can buy top up with cash, debit or credit cards anywhere you see the pink Payzone logo at supermarkets, stores and garages across the island.

You will receive a receipt with a 13 digit PIN number printed on it.

Dial *#101*PIN#

Replace the word PIN with the 13-digit number printed on the receipt. Press the dial or send button on the phone and a success message will appear on the phone screen informing you of the top-up status and your balance.

For your card protection we only allow a certain amount of attempts per day or per week when using the same details, and only up to a certain value limit when using instant top up. This helps to control fraudulent attempts to misuse the system, potentially with your payment details. We understand that at times this may be frustrating, but we are here to help you through it.
