Signing up and costs

Before signing up to Sure broadband, you will need an active telephone line. 

If you do not yet have a home phone line at your property click here to order your line from Sure.

If you are moving your current broadband service from another service provider, simply check that you’re out of contract and then sign up:

Online: Simply pick which speed you want and complete the online application form here.

In store: Pop in store and we'll do the rest.

If you are moving from another provider and don't require any engineering work the cost shown during the order process will be reduced. We won't know if we need an engineer or not until after you submit your order.

If you currently have a plan such as Ultima or Ultima Plus with Manx Telecom and want to move to Sure there is NO FEE.

Switching is easy and don't worry, you will not lose your broadband connection while the transfer is taking place. 

Once your connection is ready, we’ll email you your Sure Broadband details and a simple set up guide. It’s really easy but if you need help you can give us a call on 07624 247 247.
