Data Protection when paying bills by phone

Due to new GDPR regulations designed to protect your data, we want you to know we will never tell a non-account holder the outstanding amount to pay on your account.

We can still take the payment, but we’ll now be conducting security checks beforehand and won’t reveal the amount of the bill to anyone but you, the account holder.

So, if someone else is going to pay your bill, please ensure they know the exact amount outstanding or have the bill to hand.

Sure will always recommend Direct Debit as the safest, most convenient way to pay your bills and avoid payment processing fees.
