If you are changing your bank account details you will also need to complete a new direct debit instruction. 

Please enter your name and bank details.  In the reference box add your Sure account number, which can be found on your bill.  If you do not know your Sure account number please add your service number in the ‘FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY’ box.
