How can I invite other users to view the MySure account?

Customers who have registered, and are account holders, can provide access to other users to view the account in full or just for a single service on the account*

Please note this is for self-service only and the additional users still won't have access to the main account held on our files unless you provide written permission to us for them to do so.

  • If a customer wishes to provide access to another family member or colleague then this is achieved using the manage users function.
  • Customers can invite a user to have different levels of access & within that set certain permissions.
  • This invitation triggers an email to the new user, who is required to register as a self-service user & authenticate that registration.
  • Once set up, a user with customer or account level access can make changes to other users they have invited. This includes changing permissions, adding access to other services or accounts, resetting passwords or deleting a user.

On the Overview page for your account, select Manage users.  Your own user details will be displayed (and any other users who have already been granted permission), select the red INVITE USER button:

Complete the details for the new User - email address and names:

Select the level of access for the User - this example shows Account level selected, giving the new User full access to all the services on the account.  You could also select individual services if they don't require access to the whole account.  Now click the red ADD button:

Now select red button INVITEMySure_invite_users_4.jpg

In the green bar, you will see that an invitation has been sent to the User. All the users including the new User are listed.  The envelope symbol shows that the new User has not yet confirmed their registration.

To invite more users, click on the red button INVITE USER

*Please note that Sure has no control over who is invited to see the account in Self-Service, this is all done and managed by the Account Holder.
