Moving House - what do I need to do?

If you are moving and want to take your services with you, request a house move through your account on MySure or by calling us on 247247.

We will need you to provide:

  • Sure account number / phone number
  • New address including postcode
  • Mobile contact number
  • email address
  • Moving date - this will need to be a weekday

 

If you are moving and don't want to transfer your services, please contact us through your account on MySure or by calling us on 247247 to arrange a cease*

We will need you to provide:

  • Sure account number / phone number
  • Date of the cease - this will need to be a weekday
  • Forwarding address

*If your services are still in contract then ceasing will incur contractual charges.

 

Please be aware that the lead times for moving or cancelling services can be up to 15 working days.
