RPI (Retail Price Index) price increases from 1st July


Our charges increase each year in line with at least the Retail Price Index (RPI) as published by the Isle of Man Government. 

Charges will increase by 2.7% (based on the March 2021 figure) on 1st July 2021. 

Services affected. 

  • All broadband, mobile broadband and home phone services. .  
  • Consumer Mobile services purchased before 1st October 2020.   Consumer mobile services purchased after this date will not be subject to an RPI increase in 2021. 
  • Business Mobile Service purchased before April 1st, 2021.  

 How much more do I have to pay? 

The table below shows our most popular products with their before and after charge – your prices will increase by 2.7% rounded to the nearest penny. 




Paper Bill Charge 

Please note that if you receive your bill in paper format by post the charge will increase on 1st July from £2.00 to £2.50 – we strongly encourage customers to avoid this charge and make the environmentally friendly decision to register for My Sure and opting to receive your bills online. 

My Sure 

We recommend you register for My Sure so you can view your bills, see your contract end dates, manage your account details online, and avoid a paper bill charge.
