Mobile site issue, reduced coverage in central Ramsey 3rd May 2022 - RESOLVED

Update 10:45 May 4th 2022
Engineers have fixed the issue at this mobile site and services are now running as normal.  We would like to thank customers for their patience during this issue.
Update 20:15:
Engineers are unfortunately unable to resolve this issue tonight and will return in the morning to continue working towards a full resolution.
Coverage will be provided by neighboring sites but there may be some reduced data coverage around the Ramsey harbour and surrounding area. Voice services remain fully available.

One of our mobile sites in Ramsey has an issue which is impacting data services. Customers may notice data coverage or congestion issues in central Ramsey. Voice services are working as normal.
We have an engineer on the way to resolve the issue.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope to have it resolved shortly.
