While we aim to resolve most issues remotely, some situations require an engineer to visit your property. Please find our standard charging structure below.

Engineering Rates

For visits performed by Manx Telecom technicians, charges are calculated based on the time spent on-site, including travel time from the moment the request is received.

Please note: These rates cover labour only and do not include the cost of any necessary equipment or materials.

Out-of-Hours Service

We offer out-of-hours call-outs on request. Because these visits involve specialised scheduling, prices are quoted on a case-by-case basis. Factors influencing the final quote include:

• The nature and complexity of the fault.

• The estimated time required to complete the repair.

• The time of day the call-out takes place.
