How do I pay my bill using MySure ?
Paying your bill on your MySure account is quick and simple. On your overview page you can see how much the bill is on the amount due section, which also shows a ‘pay now’ button which you can press and either pay with your stored card details or manual input your card details.
How do I save my Payment details on MySure?
You now have the option to store your card details if you want to keep it securely on file for top up's or paying bills. If you click the payment section you can see your stored card and change it if needed. Please see the below picture. Don’t forget to tick the ‘remember my details’ to save your card.
I want to change how my Bills are delivered.
From the Overview page select "Account" to change your bill delivery method as seen below. Please note, only online bills are free of charge, we add a bill delivery fee for paper bills by post.
Go to your account section then click the button next to bill delivery, the select which option you would like from the drop down box. and press save
