Once your SIM is inserted, you'll need to activate your service and register for MySure.
MySure lets you:

Pay bills
Top up credit
Manage your services
Track roaming and data usage
Step 1 — Insert Your SIM
Turn off your phone
Insert the SIM into your device
Turn the phone back on
Wait for the network signal to appear

Step 2 — Register for MySure
To manage your mobile service online, create a MySure account.
Pay Monthly customers
You will need:
Your Sure account number
Your latest bill reference
Your billing postcode
These details are shown on your bill.
Pay As You Go customers
Enter your mobile number
Receive a verification code by SMS
Enter the code to complete registration
Once registered, you can log in and manage your services online.
Step 3 — Download the MySure App
You can manage your account on the go by downloading the MySure app.
With MySure you can:
View and pay bills
Track data usage
Top up instantly
Manage multiple services
Step 4 — Add Your First Top Up (PAYG Only)
Pay As You Go customers must top up their credit before using services.
Minimum top-up:
£5 via MySure
£10 online or by phone
You can also check your balance by dialing:
*#100# on your phone.
Troubleshooting
If your SIM isn't working:
Check that:
Your phone is unlocked
The SIM is inserted correctly
You have a network signal
