Please be aware that moving your Fibre Broadband service to a new address may incur an additional one-off connection charge.
Charges range from £48.00 to £150.00 (including VAT), depending on the connection requirements at your new property. Should any non-standard work be required, any associated costs will be discussed and agreed with you before work commences.
Missed Appointment Policy
If an engineer is scheduled to visit your property, please ensure you are available to provide access.
Important: If an engineer is unable to gain access to your property or if you miss your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full cost of the call-out fee (up to £150.00), depending on the type of service installation booked.
