We want to make your move as smooth as possible. Depending on your current setup and the requirements at your new address, certain service activation or installation charges may apply when you transfer your fibre broadband service.
Charges by Contract Term
24-Month Contract: A standard installation is included at no additional charge.
12-Month Contract:
Fibre-Ready Property: If your new property already has a Fibre Box installed and is ready for service, the charge is £60.
Standard Installation Required: If a new fibre installation is required, the charge is £150.
Note: If additional non-standard work is identified during a property survey, we will discuss any associated costs with you before work begins.

Missed Appointment Policy
If an engineer is scheduled to visit your property, please ensure you are available to provide access.
Important: If an engineer is unable to gain access to your property or if you miss your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full cost of the call-out fee (up to £150.00), depending on the type of service installation booked.
