Roaming Boosters are optional add-ons for your Pay Monthly mobile plan. They are designed to help you manage your costs and keep your holiday stress-free by providing extra data or reduced rates for calls and texts while you are away.

Note: Boosters are exclusively for Pay Monthly plans and are not available on Pay As You Go. If you have Sharer Plans, you must add a booster to each individual sharing plan.

Data Boosters: These recur automatically every month. Valid from the date of purchase until the end of that calendar month.
30-Day Roaming Booster: A one-off charge that lasts for 30 days or until the 5GB is exhausted. This booster is removed automatically after 30 days.

Adding a Booster
Online: Visit our Add a Roaming Booster page to check available options for your specific mobile number.
MySure Account: Log in to your account and navigate to the "Manage Monthly Booster" section.
Adding a Roaming Booster: Important Steps
When adding a Roaming Booster through the portal, it is important to stay on the request page to complete your activation.
How to Activate Your Booster
Request your code: Enter your mobile number and select your preferred Booster.
Stay on the page: Once you submit your request, the page will refresh and display a box for you to enter your authentication code.
Enter your SMS code: Keep the page open until you receive the code via SMS, then enter it into the box provided to finalise your request.
Important: Please do not close or navigate away from the page after requesting your code. The SMS code must be entered on this specific screen to successfully activate your Booster.
Removing a Booster
MySure Account: The simplest way to remove a booster is through your MySure account.
Online Form: Alternatively, complete the cancellation form at the bottom of our Roaming Boosters page. Please allow two working days for us to process your request.
