How Charges Work
Your bill is typically comprised of two types of charges:
Rental (In Advance): Your recurring monthly plan fee is charged for the month ahead.
Usage (In Arrears): Any additional charges (such as data or calls outside your plan) are billed for the previous month.
What are "Part-Period" Charges?
If you start a new plan or change your existing plan partway through a month, our system calculates a partial charge from the date the change took effect until the end of that billing period.
How it looks on your bill:
New Plan/Change: You will see a "Part-Period" charge covering the time from your change date to the end of the month, alongside your standard full month of rental in advance.
Plan Swaps: If you upgrade or switch between plans, you will see a Part-Period Credit for the days you did not use your old plan, and a Part-Period Charge for the days you have been using your new plan.
