Choosing Your Level of Detail
If you opt for monthly itemised billing, you can select the level of detail that works best for you:
Calls and Data over 20p: Shows only higher-cost usage.
Full Itemisation: Includes all calls, texts, and data (including free usage).
No Itemisation: Provides a summary bill only.
Important Information
One-Off Requests: If you require a one-off historical itemisation for a specific past bill, an administration fee of £5.00 applies per bill period requested.
Environmental Impact: Please note that itemised paper bills require significantly more paper. We encourage all customers to use MySure to view itemisation digitally, which is both free and more environmentally friendly.
