Support Limitations
To help you resolve issues quickly, please understand the scope of our support:
What we support: We can assist with our webmail platform, webmail.sure.com.
What we cannot support: We are unable to assist with third-party email clients (such as Outlook, Apple Mail, or Gmail) or the native email apps on your mobile devices and tablets.
Security: Sure will never ask for your password via email. Any legitimate service announcements will be verified simultaneously on our official website and social media channels.
Troubleshooting Your Email
If your email is not working, follow these steps to identify the issue:
Check Connection: Confirm your device has an active internet connection.
Test via Webmail: Log in to webmail.sure.com. If you can access your mail there, the issue lies with your device's software configuration, not the account itself.
Recommended Configuration Settings
For the best security, we strongly recommend using SSL encryption. Most modern email programs will auto-configure these settings for you, but you can manually input them if necessary:

Note: POP3 vs. IMAP: POP3 downloads and usually deletes messages from the server, which saves storage space. IMAP keeps messages on the server, allowing you to access them from multiple devices, but requires more storage.
Service Eligibility & Account Status
Free Eligibility: Suremail is provided free of charge for customers with an active Sure Broadband or Pay Monthly mobile service.
Future Charges: Customers without an active linked service may be charged to maintain their email account in the future. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any such changes.
Non-payment: If payment is due and not received, accounts will be deleted after 90 days.
Legacy Domains: We no longer issue new addresses, including the legacy
@cwgsy.netdomain.
