Notice Period
As per our terms and conditions, we require 30 days' notice in writing to cancel a service.
How to Submit Your Request
You can cancel your service using one of the following methods:
Option 1: Online (Recommended)
Submit a request via our Customer Support Portal.
Select the category: 'I would like to cease my service'.

Please include the following details in your ticket:
The date you would like the service to end.
Your account number.
The service number(s) you wish to cancel.
The reason for your cancellation.
Option 2: In-Store
If you prefer to cancel in person, please visit us at our store. A team member will assist you in completing and signing the required cease form.
Important: Please note that we cannot accept cancellation requests over the phone. All requests must be submitted in writing via the portal or in-store.
Important Information Regarding Your Contract
Early Termination Fees: If you choose to cancel your service before your minimum contract term has ended, contractual early termination fees will apply.
Outstanding Equipment Costs: Any remaining charges for hardware or equipment provided with your plan will become due upon cancellation.
