This article outlines the policies regarding the cancellation of orders and the termination of existing service contracts with Sure.
Cancelling Before Service Delivery
You may cancel your order at any time before the service is delivered. Please be aware that you may be charged for:
Any abortive work already undertaken.
Costs incurred to set up your services.
Applicable charges from third-party suppliers.
Cooling-Off Period (Online & Telephone Orders)
If you purchased a service (e.g., landline or broadband) online or over the telephone, you have a 7-working-day cooling-off period starting from the date of the order.
Changing your mind: You may cancel your order within this timeframe.
Returning equipment: If you have received equipment (such as a router), it must be returned in its original condition, including the box and all original accessories.
Terminating Your Contract
If you wish to terminate an active service, please follow these guidelines:
Check your contract status: Contact us to verify if you are still within your minimum term.

Early termination fees: If you terminate while still in contract, you are responsible for:
Paying any outstanding rental charges for the remainder of your minimum term.
Any other applicable charges.
Notice period: A minimum of one month’s notice is required for all termination requests, unless otherwise specified in writing regarding upcoming price changes.
