We understand that you may want to align your bill payment with your specific payday or personal budget schedule.
However, if you pay by Direct Debit, please note that payments are strictly scheduled to be taken on the last working day of each month.
Why can't I change my Direct Debit date?
Our billing system is automated to process all Direct Debit payments on the last working day of the month to ensure efficient account management and consistent service for all our customers. We are currently unable to offer alternative collection dates for this payment method.
Need more flexibility?
If the last working day of the month does not align with your financial schedule, you have a few options:
Plan Ahead: Since the collection date is fixed and predictable, you can ensure funds are available in your account before the last working day of the month.
Manual Payments: If you prefer to pay on a specific date that suits you better, you can opt to pay your bill manually using the MySure app or our automated payments line.
Please note: If you choose to move away from Direct Debit, you must ensure payment is made by the due date shown on your bill to avoid late payment fees.
