To help you stay in control of your mobile costs, we automatically set a Roaming Spend Limit on all Pay Monthly plans. This acts as a safety buffer to prevent unexpected charges while you are travelling.

Your Default Spend Limits

Your account is protected by two separate limits:

• Calls & Texts: £50.00

• Data: £50.00

Need to make a change?

If these limits don’t match your travel plans, we are happy to adjust them to better suit your needs. Whether you want to increase your limit for a trip abroad or lower it for extra peace of mind, just let us know.

You can manage your limits by:

• Calling us: Contact our support team to update your account settings.

• Visiting us: Pop into our Douglas store and one of our team members can assist you.

• My Sure: You can update your spend limits via the overview page of your My Sure Account.
