Welcome to our eSIM help page! Whether you are curious about transitioning to digital SIM technology or need assistance with activation, this guide provides everything you need to know.
What is an eSIM?
An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital version of the traditional physical SIM card. Instead of inserting a plastic chip into your phone, the eSIM is built directly into your device's hardware. It functions exactly like a physical SIM, providing the same high-quality connection to the Sure network with no change to your mobile service.
Why Switch to an eSIM?
Ultimate Convenience: Say goodbye to fiddling with tiny physical cards. You can switch plans or networks digitally without needing to visit a store to swap hardware.
Dual SIM Capability: Many devices allow you to store multiple carrier profiles on one eSIM. This makes it easy to switch between a local and an international network, or to manage separate work and personal profiles on the same device.
How to Get Your eSIM

Is My Device Compatible?
Most modern smartphones—including recent models of the iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, and Google Pixel—as well as many smartwatches and tablets, support eSIM technology.
Tip: If you are unsure if your specific device is compatible, check your device’s manual or visit the manufacturer’s website. Alternatively, contact our support team, and we will be happy to confirm compatibility for you!
