Option 1: Switch Online
Prefer to handle things from home? You can complete the process via email:
Download: Download the service order forms available at the bottom of this article.
Complete: Fill out the forms with your current account details.
Submit: Scan and email your completed forms to serviceorders@sure.com.
Confirm: Once received, our team will process your request and be in touch if any further information is required.
Option 2: Visit Us In-Store
For a more personalised experience, visit our team at our Douglas store. We’ll handle the paperwork while you wait.
