Reducing Marketing 'Cold' Calls
To reduce unwanted sales and marketing calls, we recommend registering with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) and/or the Facsimile Preference Service (FPS). These are free services managed by the Direct Marketing Association (DMA).

Calls from Sure
Sure may occasionally contact you regarding service feedback or special offers.
Verification: Our representatives will always introduce themselves as calling from Sure.
Security: If you are ever unsure of a caller’s identity, do not provide personal details.
Opt-out: You can request to be removed from our marketing contact list at any time.
Malicious, Indecent, or Offensive Calls
Making malicious or threatening calls is a criminal offence. If you are a victim, please contact us at 07624 247 247 for assistance.
Initial Precautions:
Protect Personal Data: Never give your name, address, or phone number to an unknown caller.
Verify First: If the phone rings again immediately, do not speak first; let the caller identify themselves.
Answering Machine Safety: Do not include your name or telephone number in your voicemail greeting.
Number Change: If you are experiencing persistent malicious calls, contact Customer Support to discuss changing your phone number.
Emergency Actions:
Immediate Danger: If you receive threats against you or your family that you believe to be real and immediate, call 999 immediately.
Non-Immediate Threats: If you believe the threats are not immediate, please report the incident to your local police station via their non-emergency number.
