If you are experiencing issues accessing the National Lottery website from the Isle of Man, it may be due to how your internet connection (IP address) is being identified by their system.
The National Lottery relies on third-party databases to determine your location, and sometimes these databases are not fully up to date.
How to Check Your Connection Status
You can verify how your IP address is registered by using the official RIPE database:
Visit the RIPE Network Coordination Centre.
Enter your current IP address (you can find this by searching "What is my IP" in Google).
Check the registration details to see if it is listed as registered in the Isle of Man.
Next Steps
If the RIPE database shows your IP is registered in the Isle of Man: Unfortunately, this is not an issue we can resolve on our end. If your IP is correctly registered here, the National Lottery’s own systems are likely using outdated information. Please contact the National Lottery directly so they can update their records to recognise your connection.
If the RIPE database shows your IP is NOT registered in the Isle of Man: Please contact our support team with your current IP address. We will investigate this for you and arrange for the registration details to be corrected.
