Due to high wind speeds the team have been unable to safely complete the upgrade work on the remaining sectors.
All sectors on the Mast are back online, and the team will arrange a new date for this work to continue.

Work has been completed on the first sector of the Laxey Mast, and it is back online.
The remaining two sectors have been taken offline this morning and work has commenced.
During this time customers may experience issues with making and receiving calls, sending and receiving texts or accessing mobile data. Calls to emergency services should remain unaffected.
We will update this post once we have confirmation that the remaining work has been completed.

Our mobile engineers have confirmed that work on the Laxey Mast will begin Thursday, June 11th once weather conditions improve.
To reduce impact in the Laxey area work will be carried out on a single sector on June 11th, and the remaining two sectors will be worked on throughout June 12th.
During this time customers may experience issues with making and receiving calls, sending and receiving texts or accessing mobile data. Calls to emergency services should remain unaffected.
We will update this post as soon as we get confirmation the site is back online.
